The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions across our enterprise. You will translate business needs into scalable system designs, mentor teammates, and guide projects from concept to implementation.

As a senior liaison, you will partner with stakeholders, provide expert SAP guidance, ensure data integrity, and lead testing and production support while advancing strategic technology decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, technical designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation including planning, evaluation, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and system processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with proper documentation.
• Provides production support, data analysis, and user training; mentors team members.
