Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, focusing on SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash implementations. You will translate business needs into robust system solutions and lead cross-functional efforts across IT and operations.

With 8+ years of experience, you will guide projects, mentor peers, and ensure data integrity across complex, integrated processes in a manufacturing/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, and third-party order integrations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD/OTC systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation with planning and coordination.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership as needed.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and coordinate testing activities.
