Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams in delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support for complex applications across integrated processes.

In this senior role you will mentor staff, define requirements, manage projects from concept to deployment, and help optimize pricing, EDI, and third‑party integrations while ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise SAP/Order-to-Cash solutions and related processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and OTC systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into system deliverables.
• Serve as SME for SAP SD/OTC, pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning and testing.
• Mentor team members and provide work direction as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and continuously improve system processes.
