Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and deployment of complex systems, supporting pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations while guiding project teams and mentoring staff.

Role requires advanced SAP SD experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field and eight+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP SD experience including Order-to-Cash and pricing.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, MM, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning, evaluation, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with proper documentation.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting, data analysis, corrective actions, and training users.
• Mentors and coaches team members and stays current with technologies and best practices.
• Acts as a senior advisor to management and negotiates priorities and resource needs.
