Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a senior Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams. You will own SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions, translating requirements into robust system designs and leading delivery from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating testing, and providing production support while ensuring data integrity and process improvements. Travel as defined by leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders responsible for SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Leads analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex applications and processes.
• Translates business requirements into sustainable system solutions and advises management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD/OTC projects from concept to implementation.
• Document requirements and translate into functional specifications and test plans.
• Provide production support, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Mentor team members and coach others on best practices.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across integrated solutions.
