Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will guide analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support for complex systems, mentoring teammates and driving strategic technology decisions.

You will lead projects end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure data integrity while advancing pricing, EDI integrations, and third-party interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; eight+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand objectives and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Acts as a senior advisor for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, payment card processing, EDI, and third‑party ordering integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation with scope definition, planning, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and system processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with documented test plans and approvals.
• Provides production support, data analysis, corrective actions, and user training.
• Mentors team members and stays current on relevant technologies and industry practices.
