Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, delivering SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions. This role serves as a senior liaison, translating business requirements into sustainable system designs and providing guidance on technology decisions.

You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex business applications, mentor team members, and coordinate projects end-to-end across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field plus 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support of complex business systems.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements and deliver system deliverables.
• Acts as a senior advisor for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and payment card solutions.
• Leads projects from concept to implementation, coordinating scope, evaluation, planning, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes to maintain data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing across integrated solutions, documenting tests, results and approvals.
• Provides production support by analyzing data, coordinating fixes, and training users.
• Mentors team members and keeps current with technologies and industry practices.
