Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business units, delivering SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of complex systems, advising management on technology decisions and best practices.

You will mentor teams, manage projects, and ensure data integrity across integrated processes, including pricing, payment card processing, and EDI integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into specs.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to document requirements and deliver system deliverables.
Act as senior advisor and mentor for SAP SD, OTC processes, pricing, and integrations.
Lead projects from concept through implementation and provide knowledge transfer.
