Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order‑to‑Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex systems while advising management on technology decisions.

You will mentor team members, coordinate end‑to‑end testing, and ensure data integrity, with travel as defined by leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order‑to‑Cash.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑level applications in manufacturing/distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support of SAP/OTC solutions.
• Partners with stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
• Mentors team members and provides direction on projects; acts as senior advisor to management.
