Qualifications

• Eight+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Three+ years closing large SAP deals (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, industry cloud).
• Three+ years carrying individual quota (e.g., $20M).
• Three+ years working with C-suite and senior stakeholders across client and partner organizations.
• Three+ years cross-functional collaboration in a global matrixed org.
• Three+ years experience in P&L awareness, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Industry experience in Resources.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years; associates 6+ years).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract signature.
• Lead client discovery and executive alignment to define business case and ROI.
• Drive qualification, win strategy, and competitive positioning at each stage.
• Influence stakeholders to shape requirements and evaluation criteria in Accenture's favor.
• Co-create differentiated SAP solutions with SAP practice and delivery teams.
• Translate business challenges into SAP-enabled transformation narratives with measurable outcomes.
• Anchor pursuits in client outcomes and enforce value-selling methodologies.
