Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP-based engagements and translate business requirements into technical architectures. You will manage large-scale SAP PP implementations, guide teams, and drive client value with a business-first approach.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, shape project delivery, and ensure high quality outcomes while traveling up to 40–60% as needed. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning in a functional/ configuration role.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or streams aligned to client goals.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
