Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a functional consulting or configuration role.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams and overseeing project teams.
• Strong written, verbal communication and client service skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen across SAP and related systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
