EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP specifications and design effective system architecture solutions. You will lead complex SAP PP engagements, manage client relationships, oversee budgets, and coach diverse teams amid a dynamic, risk-aware environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, stay current on industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and cross-sell EY service lines.
