Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical SAP PP designs and to lead large SAP client engagements. You will mentor consultants, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality while collaborating with business stakeholders across EY practices.

The role emphasizes strong communication, program leadership, and the ability to drive innovative SAP solutions within a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and related advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay updated on trends.
