Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Production Planning initiatives and large client engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design architectures, and guide diverse teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions while maintaining risk control and client satisfaction.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage complex projects, and drive opportunities across EY practices to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; staying abreast of trends.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and informing stakeholders of developments.
• Building relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
• Mentoring junior consultants and fostering an inclusive team environment.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines.
