Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP Production Planning engagements, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering effective system architectures. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive SAP solutions across manufacturing processes.

You will manage complex engagements, oversee budgets, mentor consultants, and continuously build client relationships while exploring new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience with SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience with SAP.
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Maintain high-quality client services by monitoring progress and risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding EY service lines.
