Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective SAP solutions. You will lead complex SAP engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide teams through end-to-end implementations in a global environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, translate needs into designs, and ensure solutions meet strategic objectives while managing risk and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a functional consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with oversight of project team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen and stay updated on relevant trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and managing risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
• Motivate diverse teams, provide feedback, and mentor junior consultants.
