Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP technical specifications and to lead delivery of complex SAP engagements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, design and deliver system architectures, and ensure quality risk management across engagements.

You will oversee engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and lead teams to success, while staying current with SAP best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a functional/ config role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships.
• Oversee program and project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams, aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging EY service lines.
