Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP-based solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will lead complex SAP engagements, drive architecture, Blueprinting, testing, and deployment while managing risk and ensuring quality outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, guide technical teams, and mentor consultants to deliver end-to-end SAP programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a functional role.
Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.
Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program and project management; ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams aligned to client goals.
Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay abreast of trends.
Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding EY services.
