Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to translate business requirements into SAP-based solutions. You will lead complex SAP PP engagements, manage client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will interact with stakeholders, architect solutions, blueprint processes, and oversee testing and documentation. Travel is expected, and experience with ERP implementations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years SAP Production Planning experience in a functional role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with MES/QM.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Experience with MRP and SAP customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationship management.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for EY.
