EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP) to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure delivered solutions meet client needs. You will lead complex SAP engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovative, cost-efficient outcomes across manufacturing operations.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, risk-aware delivery, and continuous learning in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with team oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines.
