Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions and lead engagement delivery. You will work with stakeholders to design system architecture, blueprint processes, and guide the implementation of SAP PP within manufacturing contexts.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in SAP PP, strong communication, and experience managing SAP projects or work streams, with willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning experience in a consulting or systems role.
• Proven track record managing SAP projects and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Communicate risks and progress to stakeholders and maintain high-quality client services.
