Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise executives on maintenance, reliability, and operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, finances, resources, quality and risk.
• Guide cross‑functional teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance.
