EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs. You will advise executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery across asset-intensive environments, driving measurable business value.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to guide SAP-enabled transformations, manage global teams, and expand EY services while advancing your leadership and client advisory career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives, providing guidance on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements with leading practices and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
