EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Core Supply Chain transformations, focusing on asset management, maintenance planning, and measurable business value.

You will advise senior stakeholders, guide SAP-enabled transformations across multi-site deployments, and mentor diverse teams while expanding EY services.

This role offers global exposure and opportunities to grow leadership and client advisory skills within EY's SAP practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions that balance business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
