Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large‑scale SAP Asset Management and S/4HANA transformations. You will guide strategy, governance, and delivery across asset-intensive environments, collaborating with executives and technology leaders to realize measurable business value.

You’ll shape roadmaps, oversee multi‑site deployments, and mentor teams while expanding EY services and client relationships in a global, diverse environment. Travel up to 40%‑60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management, with leading SAP transformations and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise executives on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financials, resources, quality, and risk on complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Develop senior client relationships and identify EY service opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team culture.
