EY is seeking a Senior Manager for its SAP Core Supply Chain practice to lead large-scale SAP Asset Management and S/4HANA transformations. You will partner with executive stakeholders, guide solution roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery across Asset Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.

This role demands bold leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to drive client value on multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive communication and client service skills.
• Travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise executive stakeholders and shape solution roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Develop business cases and manage client relationships.
• Mentor consultants and drive risk management.
