RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, SAP MES Integrations Analyst to lead documentation, testing and implementation of SAP-MES interfaces within the OneRTX transformation program.

This remote role will partner with cross‑functional teams to harmonize processes and enable ERP integration across the supply chain. The successful candidate will drive requirements, data mapping, and integration patterns using SAP PI, BTP and S/4HANA, supporting Cutover, Hypercare and go‑live activities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience implementing interfaces between S4 HANA, MES and other Supply Chain Platforms.
• Experience with SAP interface implementations including harmonization, interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules.

Responsabilités

• Lead documentation of Requirements Specifications, Testing and Implementation of SAP-MES Master Data and Transactional processes.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to understand requirements and interface SAP with MES.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging S4 HANA, enhancing Plan to Sustain processes.
