Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, SAP MES Integrations Analyst to lead design, build, and testing of SAP-MES interfaces across the S/4HANA platform and boundary systems.

The role requires extensive experience with SAP interface implementations and cross-functional collaboration to harmonize processes in a large aerospace/defense environment. The position is remote within the United States, with travel up to 25% and a strong focus on delivering secure, auditable data flows across ERP and MES

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum 7 years of experience
• Hands-on experience implementing interfaces between S4 HANA, MES and other Supply Chain Platforms
• Experience with SAP interface implementations including harmonization, interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of Requirements Specifications, Testing and Implementation of SAP-MES Master Data and Transactional processes
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide guidance on interfacing SAP with MES
• Design and implement solutions leveraging S4 HANA to optimize Plan to Sustain processes
• Map integrations between S4 HANA, MES and Boundary Systems
• Plan and execute testing strategies including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing
• Coordinate activities across Digital Technology, Business Units, and System Integrators to ensure successful delivery
