RTX seeks a Sr. Manager SAP PLM Systems Integrations Analyst to lead the blueprint, build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases for PLM-SAP interfaces. This role focuses on harmonizing processes and enabling migration to SAP S/4HANA within a large aerospace and defense context.

Remote work is available in the U.S. with up to 25% travel; requires deep SAP PLM/PLMSI expertise, strong data mapping, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP PLM integrations and other supply chain platforms.
• Experience with Product Master Data Management including Material Masters, BOMs, and DIRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Technology artifacts across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment and Hypercare Phases for PLM-SAP interfaces.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to understand requirements and interface PLM systems with S4 HANA using PLMSI.
• Design and implement SAP PLMSI integrations and data flows to enable PLM-S4 HANA interoperability.
• Facilitate end-to-end process mapping of integrations between multiple PLM systems and S4 HANA.
• Lead requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, build and testing of SAP PLMSI and other integration technologies.
