Job summary
RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager SAP PLM Systems Integrations to drive ERP/PLM interfaces across blueprint and deployment phases from a remote US setting. You will lead PLMSI-driven integrations with S4 HANA, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure rigorous testing and data integrity.
The role demands strong leadership in large-scale ERP transformations, expertise with SAP PLM and PLMSI, plus willingness to travel up to 25%.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP PLM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Product Master Data, BOM, and document records.
- Experience with SAP PLMSI and S/4HANA in manufacturing contexts.
- Excellent data mapping and integration testing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover and Hypercare phases for PLM-SAP interfaces.
- Collaborate with business teams to define integration patterns using PLMSI.
- Design end-to-end mappings between PLM systems and S/4HANA and ensure data integrity.
- Create project artifacts including design specs and test plans; support validation.
- Travel up to 25% as needed.
