Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager SAP PLM Systems Integrations to lead cross-functional workstreams within the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation Program.

You will drive blueprinting, build, test, and cutover activities, focusing on PLM-SAP interfaces with S/4HANA and ERP harmonization. You will collaborate with business partners, solution architects and external resources to define integration patterns, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable, auditable PLM integrations

Qualifications

• STEM degree required with 10+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint, build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases for PLM-SAP interfaces.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to design integrations with S/4HANA.
• Define integration patterns (APIs, IDocs, events) and ensure reliable data flows.
• Create and maintain design, functional, and technical specifications and test plans.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
