Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA transformation within the oneRTX PST program. The role is remote with significant travel to RTX sites across the US.

You’ll develop test strategies, manage both automated and manual test cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in test leadership, experience with SAP upgrades/implementations, and familiarity with waterfall and agile methods.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as qTest, ALM.
• Experience coordinating onsite-offshore testing teams and aligning deliverables.
• Prior involvement in SAP upgrade or implementation projects.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Oversee the creation of test cases (manual and automated).
• Coordinate unit, integration, regression and UAT testing phases.
• Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria with teams.
• Manage test environments, data prep, and test execution schedules.
• Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution and retesting.
• Ensure compliance with SAP QA standards and practices.
• Provide status reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users, consultants, and offshore teams for coverage.
• Travel up to 25%–50% to RTX US sites.
