Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager SAP PLM Systems Integrations to lead large-scale SAP-PLM integrations across the Plan to Sustain lifecycle.

The role focuses on blueprint, build, test, cutover, and hypercare for PLM-SAP interfaces, aligning with S4 HANA and ERP goals in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, testing, and artifact creation; travel up to 25% as needed; remote-first work arrangement in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP-PLM integrations and other supply chain platforms.
• Working knowledge of Product Master Data Management including Material Masters, BOMs, Change Masters and DIRs.
• Hands-on experience with interfacing SAP systems including system configuration, data management, IDOCs and/or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM-SAP interfaces across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment and Hypercare phases.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to define requirements and interface PLM with S/4HANA using SAP PLMSI.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP PLMSI to align Plan to Sustain processes with RTX operating model.
• Map integrations between multiple PLM systems and S4 HANA end-to-end.
• Manage requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, build and testing of PLMSI and other integration tech.
• Create and maintain project artifacts: configuration designs, functional specs, technical specs, test plans.
• Assist data teams in mapping activities and testing.
• Partner with solution architects to define integration patterns (APIs, IDocs, events).
• Plan and execute testing strategy: Unit/Integration/UAT/Pilot.
• Ensure RTX readiness across Plan to Sustain.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
