Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Sr. Manager for SAP MES Integrations in a remote US role. The role supports the OneRTX program to harmonize business processes and enable migration to standardized ERP systems using SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will lead requirements, data mapping, configuration, testing, and cutover activities, coordinating with Digital Technology, business units, and system integrators. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with extensive relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing interfaces between S4 HANA, MES and Supply Chain Platforms.
• Experience with SAP interface implementations including data mapping and transformation rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of requirements, testing and implementation of SAP-MES master data and processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to harmonize interfaces between SAP and MES.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging S4 HANA to improve Plan to Sustain processes.
• Map integrations across S4 HANA, MES and boundary systems.
• Plan and execute testing strategies across units, integrations and UAT.
