Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4-year degree.
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines: data migration, MDG, governance, quality, analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing presentations and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, ensuring timely, quality results.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to team and manage engagement economics.
• Develop data solutions; govern the data lifecycle across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
