Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead data governance, quality, and migration initiatives across SAP landscapes, engaging daily with clients and guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes governance frameworks, data strategy, and cross-functional leadership within EY's hybrid client-serving model, with travel up to 60% and a focus on scalable data-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines (Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality, Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of leading practices and advisory experience in business/tech transformation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop data management strategies and governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and consistency across workstreams.
• Lead workstream delivery, manage project status and engagement economics.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and provide team direction.
