Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead data governance, MDM, and data migration programs, partnering with clients to align data assets with business objectives and drive value across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, communicate with impact, and travel 40–60% to meet client needs while delivering scalable data solutions and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including SAP MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migration experience.
• Strong communication skills, client-facing presentations and technical documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop data management solutions and governance policies affecting multiple work areas.
• Direct project delivery and engage with clients daily to identify opportunities and manage engagement economics.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality data solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
