Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and drive governance and data quality across SAP landscapes.

You'll manage cross-functional teams, define data strategy, and support data migration and MDG initiatives in a hybrid, client-facing environment. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience, including SAP MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations, workshop facilitation, and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending policy changes and procedures for immediate work areas.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Manage project status and deliverables with effective risk management.
