EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, govern data programs, and drive governance and data quality initiatives across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, define data strategy, and oversee data migration and MDG programs, while navigating client engagements and delivering scalable data solutions. EY offers a hybrid model and comprehensive rewards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines, including Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations, workshop facilitation, and technical documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilidades
