Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and manage delivery quality while guiding a team through governance and data migration initiatives.

You’ll collaborate across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes, applying data strategy and governance frameworks, and travel 40–60% to support client needs in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines: Migration, MDG, Governance, Data Quality, Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations and documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of leading practices supporting business and technology transformation.
• Flexibility to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities
