Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients govern SAP data, drive MDG programs, and elevate data quality across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable data solutions, and manage engagements with a focus on delivering value. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and data governance expertise, with the flexibility to travel up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and data migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations and workshop facilitation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to your team and foster a collaborative environment for innovative solutions.
• Develop data solutions and govern policies across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Manage project status, deliverables, and risk with effective governance.
