Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients to identify opportunities, and guide teams to deliver governed data solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will drive governance, data quality, and migration programs, leveraging SAP tools and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid-client environment with travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year required).
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance).
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
