Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP Mfg within Core Supply Chain. You will design and deliver SAP technology solutions with clients and internal teams to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, designing workshops, and managing a hybrid offshore/onshore team to ensure on-time delivery and strong client relationships. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP).
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
