Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve business performance.

You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and manage offshore/onshore teams to ensure on-time delivery while applying best practices in PP and S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in manufacturing and implement S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members to meet schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress and results clearly.
