Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing specialist to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP PP and S/4HANA to design and deliver technology solutions that improve client performance. Lead workstreams, coordinate hybrid offshore/onshore teams, manage milestones, run client workshops, and ensure timely delivery of SAP projects while building strong client relationships.

Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA PP module.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering project deliverables on deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, implement S/4HANA best practices.
• Oversee hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
