Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve business performance.

You will lead workstreams, manage offshore and onshore teams, and drive workshops to implement S/4 HANA best practices in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP ERP/S/4HANA PP experience.
• Proven track record of leading project teams to deadlines.
• Ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery and processes.
• Track progress and align with performance objectives.
• Facilitate client sessions from planning through closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and apply SAP best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects and maintain stakeholder communication.
