Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing expert to join our Technical Consulting team. You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and guide offshore/onshore teams to deliver SAP PP/S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing clients.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize business performance, manage engagement economics, and drive successful project outcomes with strong client service and communication throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to deliver on schedule.
• Lead SAP manufacturing workshops and propose S/4HANA best practices.
• Track milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at all levels.
