Job summary

EY’s Technical Consulting team seeks an innovative SAP professional specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain. Design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve client performance, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to drive value.

You will lead workstreams, run workshops, and manage a hybrid delivery model with travel of 40–60% to meet client needs and ensure timely, quality outcomes in SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, especially PP.
• Proven track record delivering projects with deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams with project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status.
• Participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing and implement SAP best practices in S/4HANA.
• Manage hybrid teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee SAP projects or workstreams and deliver high‑quality results.
• Maintain client relations, risks, and progress communications with stakeholders.
