Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve business performance for our clients.

You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and manage a hybrid team across onshore and offshore locations to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA, especially PP.
• Proven leadership of teams and delivery under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
